How it works
One point of contact, and a dispatch room that follows every journey in real time.
Send us your schedule in Dubai. We choose the vehicle and the chauffeur and confirm everything in writing.
Your chauffeur waits at the chosen address, in a suit, with water on board, already familiar with the route and access points.
Meetings, lunches, shopping, evenings: your chauffeur stays close by and adapts to every change of plan.
Back to the airport or station in time for your departure, or a hand-over in the next city through our network.
Your chauffeur waits for you. Never the other way round.
Our expertise
New Feel Luxury provides a private chauffeur in Dubai and a VIP transport service for private clients, companies and delegations. With our network in the Emirates, we also handle Dubai–Abu Dhabi transfers and desert excursions, with the same point of contact.
Our French, Belgian, Swiss and Canadian clients often ask for a French-speaking chauffeur in Dubai. We assign you a chauffeur who speaks French, and our coordination team answers in French 24/7 from Paris, so everything stays simple, even far from home.
For a day of meetings, a stay or an event, we provide a luxury car with chauffeur by the hour or by the day: Mercedes S-Class sedan, V-Class van or VIP Sprinter. Most requested places: Downtown, DIFC, Business Bay, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina and Jumeirah.
For meet and greet on arrival, see our dedicated pages: Dubai International and Dubai Al Maktoum. Your chauffeur tracks your flight and waits with a name sign.
Every year we look after our clients during the Dubai World Cup and the Dubai Airshow: staggered arrivals, exits without waiting and a dedicated chauffeur from morning to night.
Day trips and transfers: Dubai desert, Hatta and Abu Dhabi, with the same chauffeur throughout your stay.
