Every New Feel Luxury chauffeur is trained at our Lyon centre — defensive driving, executive protocol, confidentiality, first aid. 200 hours of structured training per chauffeur in their first year.
You cannot subcontract

When New Feel Luxury was founded in 2010, the luxury chauffeur market relied almost entirely on freelance drivers booked through agencies. We saw the problem immediately: you cannot train a chain you do not own.
In 2015, New Feel Luxury opened its own training centre in Lyon. The mission was simple: every chauffeur who operates under the New Feel Luxury name trains here, in person, with our own instructors, against our own charter. Ten years later, no exceptions have been made to this rule.
The Lyon centre is also where our supervisors are trained, where our operational charter is refreshed each year, and where new operating procedures (close protection, royal protocol, production logistics) are designed before they enter the field.
Six modules.
No shortcuts.
Every New Feel Luxury chauffeur completes six core modules before being cleared for missions. Optional advanced modules unlock close protection and royal protocol assignments.
Defensive driving certification
Full circuit training on defensive and evasive driving, calibrated for executive transport and close-protection scenarios.
01Executive protocol
Dress code, opening doors, luggage handling, royal and diplomatic protocol — taught against the standards expected by the New Feel Luxury clientele.
02Confidentiality drills
Behaviour around principals, handling of overheard information, segregated dispatch protocols, signed NDA frameworks.
03First aid & emergency response
Certified first-aid training, response to medical emergencies in transit, coordination with emergency services across our footprint.
04Multilingual etiquette
English fluency required for all New Feel Luxury chauffeurs, plus at least one additional language — cultural protocol briefings by region.
05Close protection module
Optional advanced module: situational awareness, threat-level recognition, calibrated security arrangement for high-exposure clients.

A chauffeur cleared by the New Feel Luxury Lyon centre carries an internal certification number, renewed annually. The certification is verifiable by institutional clients on request — a transparency layer we offer government and embassy clients as part of their compliance framework.
